These converters allow your computer to communicate up to 4,000 feet by converting the RS-232 signal to RS-422.

If the peripheral to be connected has an RS-422 interface, only one converter is required. If both the data transmitting equipment and data receiving equipment use only RS-232, then two converters will be required, one at each end of the data line.

These models all have DB25 female connectors on the RS-232 side and DB25 male connectors on the RS-422 side.

Models 422LCOR and 422CFCR require the 422PS external 12 VDC power supply.

Model 422CEC requires the 422PS3 external 12 VDC power supply.
